| Credits | Price |
| --- | --- |
| 5,000 | $50 / month |
| 10,000 | $100 / month |
| 20,000 | $200 / month |
| 50,000 | $500 / month |

### Every pack includes

- Slack and the web dashboard
- Shared memory the whole team can ask
- Skills, schedules, and artifacts
- Connections your team turns on
- Answers that cite their source
- Nothing leaves the company without a yes

### Top-up

Need more before the month turns over? After a monthly pack, add a one-time top-up. Those credits stay.

| --- | --- |
| 2,500 | $25 one-time |
| 10,000 | $100 one-time |

## Credits power everything

A short question costs much less than a weekly research run. Started work always uses at least a little.

### A short question

A decision from last quarter, with the thread attached.

> **you** -- what did we decide about the october pricing exception?
>
> **zeke** -- maya approved it in #accounts, oct 12. here's the thread.

### A brief or draft

The weekend customer email, queued for a yes.

> **you** -- anything I should know from the weekend?
>
> **zeke** -- one thing. a top customer emailed saturday. draft is queued -- nothing sent.

### Recurring work

A Monday brief that already knows what moved.

> **you** -- every monday, brief me on what moved
>
> **zeke** -- saved. monday 9am. same brief, already knowing the week.

## How credits work

- The workspace shares one pool.
- A monthly pack keeps it going. Unused monthly credits expire when the next pack arrives.
- A one-time top-up stays, once the workspace has a monthly pack.
- An admin buys from the dashboard.
- New work waits at zero. Work that already started finishes.

## FAQ

### What does a pack include?

Everything you see on Zeke today -- Slack, the web dashboard, memory, skills, schedules, artifacts, and connections. The only difference between packs is how many credits the workspace gets.

### Is there a per-seat charge?

No. The workspace shares one pool. Adding people does not change the price.

### Can I change packs anytime?

Yes. An admin can change or cancel from the dashboard.

### Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly pack credits expire when the next pack arrives. Top-up credits stay.

### How do I buy?

An admin picks a monthly pack on the dashboard Usage page. Top-ups unlock after that. If you want to see Zeke first, book a demo.

### What happens when credits run out?

New work waits until you add more. Work that already started finishes.

### What does a job cost?

A short question costs much less than a weekly research run. Started work always uses at least a little.
